💼 Telesales Representative (Course Consultant)

🚀 What You'll Do:

📞 Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services.

🎯 Understand customer needs , recommend suitable solutions, and close sales effectively .

💬 Respond to inquiries clearly and professionally , turning conversations into positive sales opportunities.

🤝 Follow up on marketing leads, build strong relationships , and maintain accurate records in the CRM system .

💪 Handle objections with confidence , provide clear product information, and ensure a smooth sales process .

🏆 Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

✅ Requirements:

📈 Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales (telesales, call center, or education industry preferred).

🗣️ English communication skills (B1 level or above).

🔥 Target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet and exceed goals.

📍 Work Schedule & Location:

📌 Location:

• Maadi, Cairo (on-site position)

🕒 Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes a 1 hour and 15 min break )
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: Day off
