Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Muzaffarabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting the bank’s products and services, and achieving targeted sales goals. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in Training to improve product knowledge and enhance team performance.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in business, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
