Role overview

We’re hiring a Sales Account Manager to grow our merchant base and help partners get full value from Yocale. You’ll own the full cycle – prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding, and account growth – and you’ll be the go-to contact for your book of business in the UAE. You’ll report to the Regional Manager, work closely with marketing and product, and be measured on new revenue, activation, usage, and retention.

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of salons, spas, and med-spas in Dubai and the UAE
  • Run consultative demos, scope needs, and close monthly and annual plans
  • Lead onboarding: data import, calendar setup, payments, POS, staff and services
  • Drive adoption of key features: online booking, deposits, packages, memberships, reviews, automated campaigns
  • Track account health and act early to prevent churn
  • Identify upgrade and cross-sell opportunities and expand multi-location accounts
  • Collect clear product feedback from merchants and share it with the team
  • Hit monthly targets for demos held, new MRR, activation rate, and NRR

You’ll be great at this if you have

  • 1-3 years in SaaS sales or account management, ideally in SMB or POS/booking tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English, Arabic is a plus
  • Comfortable running structured demos and handling common objections
  • Organized pipeline habits in a CRM, with accurate forecasting
  • A steady follow-up rhythm that moves deals to a clear next step
  • Knowledge of the UAE beauty and wellness market is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Activation within 30 days of close
  • Account usage and online booking share
  • Net revenue retention for your book
