Sales Specialist - Female

About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, and providing exceptional service while representing our brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and fluently with customers in English — in person, by phone, and through email.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with all customers.
• Assist in merchandising, display arrangements, and stock management.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Prepare and share daily sales updates with the supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (retail experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS system, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
