Assist the Commercial unit head in the implementing the Product Marketing & sales plans in alignment with the long-term strategic objectives of the Company.
Study, analyze and recommend the markets for products based on factory ramp up profile targets.
Manage and implement Product & Marketing Plans with clear goals, timings, and accountability.
Update based on results and alignment requirements.
Establish, execute product marketing agreements to meet company sales targets.
Work with retailers and marketers to build up the marketing and costumers base of the products in accordance with the strategic marketing plan for domestic and international growth strategies.
Work in partnership with Technical Development to determine the optimal product types, sizes and tastes that will appeal to the target markets.
Utilize competitive intelligence system and take appropriate action to maximize marketplace advantages and minimize potential weaknesses.
