Job Description: Marketing Specialist
Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing activities for Al Abrar Real Estate. This position requires a proactive professional responsible for branding, project promotion, event coordination, and continuous follow-up with external marketing agencies to ensure all deliverables meet the developer’s standards and timelines.
The ideal candidate will support the full marketing cycle for all Al Abrar projects, including Hay Al Wafaa – Sultan Haitham City (Phases 1–5), and upcoming developments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing and implementing the annual marketing strategy and monthly activity calendar.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns (digital & offline) align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales team, CRM, project team) to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Prepare briefs for agency campaigns, creatives, videos, photoshoots, billboards, and social media content.
2. Agency Management & Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between Al Abrar Real Estate and the appointed marketing agency.
- Ensure agencies deliver high-quality creatives, videos, designs, and campaigns within agreed timelines.
- Review and approve content drafts, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with project USPs.
- Monitor agency performance and provide structured feedback to improve outcomes.
3. Branding & Collateral Management
- Ensure consistent application of Al Abrar Real Estate and project branding across all materials.
- Oversee the production of brochures, flyers, roll-ups, signage, hoardings, and promotional merchandise.
- Coordinate photoshoots, project videos, drone footage, and on-site content creation.
- Maintain updated marketing materials for sales teams, brokers, and activation booths.
4. Digital Marketing Support
- Work with the marketing agency to manage social media content calendars, paid ads, SEO, and website updates.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation, and digital engagement metrics.
- Recommend improvements to enhance digital reach and ROI.
5. Events & Activation Management
- Plan and execute all events, including:
- Launch events
- Brokers events
- Sales activations at malls (e.g., Muscat City Centre)
- On-site events and customer engagement activities
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, staging, branding, permits, set-ups, and budgets.
- Ensure all event objectives support lead generation and project awareness.
6. Lead Support & Sales Coordination
- Ensure marketing-generated leads are flowing properly to CRM and sales teams.
- Follow up with sales to understand lead quality, feedback, and conversions.
- Adjust marketing strategies where necessary based on sales data and buyer insights.
7. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct analysis of competitor projects, pricing trends, promotions, and market positioning.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing market movements and opportunities.
- Support in developing USPs and narratives for new project launches.
8. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track marketing budgets, invoices, and approvals.
- Maintain an organized archive of all campaigns, artworks, and materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign coordination.
- Experience working with marketing/creative agencies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (Photoshop/Canva) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
