Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT sales and a good understanding of ERP systems and business software solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting IT solutions to clients, and closing sales while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote ERP systems, websites, mobile applications, and custom software solutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the ERP and software solutions market.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of proven experience in IT sales.
- Knowledge or experience in selling ERP systems or enterprise software solutions is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and present their business value to clients.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD200.000 - BD700.000 per month
