Sales Specialist -Landscape Team

Job Description:

• Support Sales Team with technical data, product specifications, and landscape solutions.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure proposal accuracy.
• Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, proposals, project progress, and product availability.
• Provide technical and product support, including specifications and documentation.
• Liaise with procurement, design, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
• Support the full sales order process from order placement to delivery by following up on delivery schedules, order status, and client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Landscape Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales support field, preferably within landscaping or irrigation, as well as customer service and operations.
• Good knowledge of irrigation systems, landscaping materials, and design basics.
• Ability to prepare pricing, quotations, and technical support documents.
