A leading IT hardware distributor is seeking a
Sales Specialist
to accelerate growth across its Servers and Data Center Infrastructure portfolio. This role requires a professional with strong
B2B and channel sales expertise
, capable of managing the
full sales cycle
from opportunity identification to order fulfillment and post-sales support, while collaborating closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
Responsibilities:

Drive sales and revenue across servers, storage, and data center solutions within assigned accounts and regions.

Develop and secure new business opportunities through
channel partners, system integrators, and enterprise clients
.

Own the
end-to-end sales process
: prospecting, quoting, negotiations, order management, and delivery coordination.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.

Work with vendors on promotions, pricing strategies, and pipeline development.

Collaborate internally with supply chain, logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless order execution.

Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and product availability to proactively manage customer expectations.

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining strong post-sales engagement.
Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in
IT hardware, servers, storage, or data center infrastructure sales
.

Demonstrated success in
B2B and channel sales
, preferably within a distribution environment.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, data centers, virtualization, backup solutions, and basic networking.
