About The Role
We are looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist
to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts,
maximize revenue, and drive client retention in the UAE
. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and create business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general sales support, including needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations.

Act as a customer advocate and liaison, ensuring client needs are effectively communicated to product management and development teams.

Prepare forecasts and progress reports to track sales performance.

Develop tailored solutions for prospective clients to generate new and expand existing business.

Monitor and analyze market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Initiate strategies for small, medium, and large businesses to drive revenue growth.

Manage time efficiently and contribute to team-building efforts.

Develop and implement strategies for existing accounts to increase engagement and retention.

Conduct regular follow-ups with both active and prospective clients.

Maintain and update client profiles to track interactions and business opportunities.

Meet daily call targets of outbound calls to prospective and existing clients in the UAE.
Qualifications & Experience

A/O Levels or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Fresh (0) to 1 years of experience in sales consulting or business development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
