Sales Specialist - Wiring Accessories (Panasonic)

Company Overview:

Safe Line is a leading distributor of electrical products in the UAE, specializing in high-quality wiring accessories from renowned brands like Panasonic and Topex.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive growth in the UAE market.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling wiring accessories (e.g., switches, sockets, connectors, and related products) to contractors and end-users across the UAE. You will build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to market expansion in a competitive electrical goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in Dubai, targeting consultants, contractors, construction firms, and distributors.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals on Panasonic wiring accessories.
• Manage existing client accounts, providing technical support, pricing quotes, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for increasing market share.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, trade shows, and networking events.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records for pipeline management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in electrical/electronics products, preferably wiring accessories or similar (Panasonic knowledge a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of UAE electrical standards, regulations, and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across emirates.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., FACTS).
