Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Sales Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a love for sweets, and the ability to create a memorable shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Promote and sell Goodiset products, explaining flavors, ingredients, and special offers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays.
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and monitor product levels.
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales and customer experience.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and in-store promotions when required.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic numeracy skills for cash handling.
• Passion for candy and creating joyful customer experiences.
