Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning: Partner with the CSMO and Sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies for both domestic and international markets, including market analysis and forecasting.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Market Intelligence: Gather, analyze, and share regular marketing and competitive intelligence for domestic and international markets to support decision-making.

Order Management Support: Facilitate order alignment and planning processes to ensure timely execution and accuracy.

Reporting & Communication: Prepare and update key reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely dissemination.

Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other departments to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental) or equivalent.
MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Strategy (mandatory).
2 to 5 years of experience in strategy or as EA to C-Suite or in Sales planning.
