Business Development:

Responsible for setting, agreeing, and driving the achievement of the annual revenue goals for the assigned channels and setting and monitoring relevant targets for the Distributor monthly & annually.

Work cross functionally with counterparts marketing, and Distributors’ team to ensure alignment on distribution and commercial priorities to ensure key activities readiness.

Support marketing campaigns to expand new sales opportunities.

Regularly evaluate the number of routes and staff needed and send recommendations to the distributor management.

Own the Identification and evaluation of new business opportunities (new products/ channels) and developing targets with the objective of growing volume and revenues.

Set monthly priorities at the beginning of the month with distributor’s management /target distribution.

Define prices/ discounts based on pre-defined corridors with involved stakeholders

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for the management team

Report industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify business risks and opportunities

Monitor and manage the return of expired goods, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Collaborate with the sales team to prevent overselling and mitigate the risk of expired returns in the market.
Customer Relationship:

Conduct regular visits to customer locations to ensure products’ availability, assets utilization & new opportunities.

Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction...
