CFMOTO is a leading global powersports brand, specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and utility vehicles. We are expanding our presence in Saudi Arabia and seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our sales operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote CFMOTO products across the Kingdom.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee showroom operations and ensure adherence to company standards and brand guidelines.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle, or powersports industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid driving license.
