Sales Supervisor

CFMOTO is a leading global powersports brand, specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and utility vehicles. We are expanding our presence in Saudi Arabia and seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our sales operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote CFMOTO products across the Kingdom.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee showroom operations and ensure adherence to company standards and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle, or powersports industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license.
