Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Presales Executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success in achieving sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive presales and sales activities, effectively positioning our products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the IT industry, leveraging your global contacts to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align presales activities with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to the team.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and solutions.
- Use Sales Navigator and capitalize on your network to generate leads.
- Conduct visits with the sales team to mature leads.
- Coordinate with the Product Development team to provide feedback and insights from the field, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Oversee the development of proposals, RFP responses, and other presales documentation, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Monitor and analyze presales metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to optimize team performance.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in technology, attending industry conferences and networking events to expand your knowledge and professional network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven 5 to 6 experience as a Presales/Sales Executive or in a similar leadership role within the IT industry.
- Extensive global contacts within the IT industry, particularly with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a presales and sales capacity.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with the skills to motivate, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term business partnerships.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Based in Jeddah
- A car and a valid driving license
