Experience: 5–7 years
Scope: Multi-market coverage – GCC & International Travel Retail
Taking charge of sales, trade marketing, and execution across multiple key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day sales operations across multiple Duty Free markets
Lead commercial negotiations with retailers and distributors
Drive in-store visibility, sell-out performance, and promotional execution
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver quarterly objectives
Analyze market dynamics and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Develop strong relationships with key Duty Free partners and stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
5–7 years of progressive experience in sales, trade marketing, or commercial roles
Proven track record in Duty Free, Travel Retail, or FMCG sectors
Strong understanding of multi-market operations and regional customer behavior
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and execution skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver under pressure
