We are seeking an experienced
Sales Supervisor
to lead and monitor the daily activities of the sales team, ensure target achievement, improve field execution, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The role focuses on
sales performance, team discipline, coverage efficiency, and reporting accuracy

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team in the assigned territory

Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly
sales targets and KPIs

Monitor field visits, customer coverage, and execution quality

Coach, guide, and motivate sales representatives to improve performance

Track sales performance, productivity, and route compliance
-
Ensure proper implementation of pricing, promotions, and company policies

Handle customer issues, escalations, and key account follow-ups

Prepare and submit
daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Coordinate with sales management, operations, and finance teams

Support onboarding and training of new sales team members
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
-
Minimum
3–5 years of sales experience
, with at least
1–2 years in a supervisory role

Experience in
pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or distribution
is an advantage

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actions

Valid UAE driving license
