About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor Assistant to support our sales operations and help drive team performance. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a sales environment. You will work closely with the Sales Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations, assist the sales team in reaching targets, and contribute to excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Supervisor in managing day-to-day sales operations.
• Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when required.
• Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
• Help organize promotions, product displays, and in-store activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales standards, and customer service guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
