  • Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to ensure effective route planning and target achievement.
  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and recommend training where required.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper credit control across accounts.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned regions and channels.
  • Conduct regular market visits to explore potential clients and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at all outlets.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to stay competitive.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

  • in FMCG sales or a similar field: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Oman/GCC driving license (Preferred)
