- Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to ensure effective route planning and target achievement.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and recommend training where required.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper credit control across accounts.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned regions and channels.
- Conduct regular market visits to explore potential clients and strengthen brand visibility.
- Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at all outlets.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to stay competitive.
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Recommend strategic initiatives to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
