Job Title: Sales Supervisor (Night Shift)

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee our evening and night shift sales operations. The role involves supervising the sales team, ensuring targets are achieved, maintaining high-quality customer service, and handling operational activities during the assigned hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team during the night shift to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure smooth communication between sales staff and management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports.
• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Train and support team members to improve product knowledge and sales skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
