Sales Supervisor – Retail
Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor – Retail is responsible for overseeing retail sales operations. This includes managing a team of sales representatives, expanding retail coverage, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets within assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide retail sales representatives in assigned territories.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, and other retail outlets.

Ensure daily sales targets, route plans, and coverage are met effectively.

Monitor product availability, visibility, and display standards at retail points.

Execute retail promotions, offers, and merchandising plans.

Track competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates.

Train and support sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG retail sales; experience in beverage or water industry is a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid UAE driving license.
Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
