Sales Support Analyst

The Sales Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting the commercial sales team by collaborating with the VP of Sales–Commercial, external sales representatives, internal departments, and customers. This role is responsible for managing the CRM system, overseeing distributor contracts and rebate programs, coordinating sales enablement initiatives, and supporting strategy development to improve sales performance. Also, maintains strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Contract & Program Management:

  • Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs), contract pricing programs, and rebate programs.
  • Serve as liaison for buying group contracts and ensure accurate execution.

Sales Tools & Process Support:

  • Manage specifications and sample request processes.
  • Maintain and execute price lists, coordinating with IT and Marketing to distribute to relevant parties.

Customer & Distributor Onboarding:

  • Vet and onboard key distributor partners and new customers, including welcome kits and product education tools.
  • Work with product management to support large field trainings and provide product crossover comparisons.

CRM Management (HubSpot):

  • Maintain accuracy and movement of opportunities through sales stages with Manufacturer Rep Groups.
  • Validate sales volume projections and ensure CRM data integrity.

Performance Reporting & Communication:

  • Generate quarterly scorecards and monthly sales reports for Manufacturer Reps.
  • Lead regular calls with Rep Groups to track performance and align on objectives.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Partner with the VP of Sales–Commercial to develop and implement sales enablement strategies.
  • Perform sales administrative task for the field sales team
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Digital and Marketing to execute key programs with input from customers and field sales team

Other duties as assigned to support overall sales operations and growth initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Strong proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, CRM tools.

Competencies Required:

  • Experience in sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and external contacts.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and working under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a related field, plus 5+ years of work experience in sales
