Factor Bikes is looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join the Factor Bikes team in Boulder, Colorado. As a sales support analyst, you will assist our in-house sales team on sales order creation, order management, and data analysis. An eagerness to create solutions to drive a growing sales network is pivotal for this role. This is an opportunity to join and grow with a performance-driven team in the cycling industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Function as the primary operational support partner to outside sales representatives.
  • Own the end-to-end order entry process and continuously look for ways to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Comfortable working across email, NuOrder, NetSuite, and spreadsheets simultaneously.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, fulfillment, and operations teams to ensure orders flow smoothly from entry to shipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple incoming requests.
  • Maintain clean and accurate customer and order data across platforms.
  • Assist with basic reporting or audits related to orders, sales activity, or allocations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in business, data analytics, STEM, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and efficiently process data transfer
  • Mindfulness and commitment to producing work of a superior quality.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
  • Prior experience supporting an outside or field-based sales team.


Preferred Qualification:

  • 2+ years of Sales/Business Development experience.
  • Cycling/Outdoor industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of premium bicycle componentry and terminology.
  • Sales API Integration
