Sales Support Associate

Profine Furniture Industries is looking for Sales Support Associate

Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.

 Process customer orders, invoices, and sales transactions.

 Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

 Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.

 Communicate with customers to provide product information, pricing, and order status.

 Coordinate with departments such as logistics, marketing, and finance.

 Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.

 Track sales performance and help ensure sales targets and deadlines are met.

Support the sales team in organizing meetings, events, or product demonstrations

Social Media Handling Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat and social media Add Posting manage. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to assist. Gather customer feedback and share with Business development teams

Location: Main Bulevard Gulberg II Lahore

Experience: Fresher to 02 Year

Qualification: BBA or MBA in Marketing

Gender: Female Only

Package: 45K to 50K
