Sales Support Coordinator

Looking for a female candidate as Sales support to deliver the below duties:

• Approach potential customers for updating Company Products, General Pricelist, Promotions

and New Arrivals

• Prepare & send Performa Invoice to Customer for Advance Payments.
• Liaise with Customer & Logistics team for delivery
• Prepare Shipment file, finalize order with Sales team and send to Freight forwarder for

processing the order and Prepare Delivery note.

• Quarterly Stock Reconciliation for all GCC countries
• Monitor charges for customs duty and VAT.
• Check on the credit terms assigned to the Customer and make necessary follow-ups.
• Give Payment Collection Confirmation to Sales and Finance.
• Update Sales Team and Customers on the progress of shipments.
• Send the Updated Statement of Account to the Customer and Follow up on Payments.
• Share Daily Sales reports with Management.

Preference will be given to applicants with spouse visa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
