Sales Support Coordinator

About the Role

The Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and customer‑facing support to the sales team. This role ensures accurate data management, timely follow‑ups, and a professional client experience across all communication channels. It is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM updates, lead records, and sales documentation
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, invoices, and sales materials
  • Track leads, follow‑ups, and pipeline activity to ensure timely responses
  • Support inbound and outbound communication with prospects and clients
  • Coordinate meetings, demos, and sales appointments
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required information
  • Generate weekly sales reports and performance summaries
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams
  • Maintain accurate digital files and internal documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries and route issues to the appropriate team

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and computer access

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting B2B or service‑based sales teams
  • Familiarity with sales reporting, KPIs, and pipeline management
  • Comfort with outbound communication (email, SMS, phone)
  • Prior remote work experience
