Sales Support Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Engineer to support our Projects Team in preparing accurate quotations, managing order processing, and coordinating deliveries. The role requires strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical products and the ability to coordinate effectively between sales, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely execution

• Good in coordinating sales - coordinating with clients for timely delivery and order processing.
• Good communication Skill
• Good knowledge in Electrical / Mechanical products.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects- follow up orders and payments.
• Strong relationship with MEP contractors & consultants within the industry.
• ERP Proficiency.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
• Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
• Select or assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, quotation preparation, or project support.
• Experience in handling project-based sales preferred.

Required Skills

• Technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical products.
• Good understanding of costing and commercial terms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pricing sheets, comparisons, calculations).
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
