Responsibilities :

· Handle customer communication via email (order booking, queries, and updates)

· Coordinate with other departments to follow up on customer orders

· Maintain order records and track delivery timelines

· Respond to customer follow-ups and escalate issues where necessary

· Ensure proper documentation and data entry related to orders

Job Requirements:

Graduate (any stream)

· Good written communication in English (email handling is important)

· Basic knowledge of Excel/Word

· Prior experience in customer service/order processing is preferred

· Organized and able to handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
