Sales Support Executive

Position: Sales Support Executive (Female Only)

Location: Rajkot

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Salary: ₹12,000–16,000 per month
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday
Leave Policy: 1 Paid Leave / Month
Bond: No Bond

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, generate and qualify leads, maintain call records, follow up on prospects, achieve monthly targets (minimum 50 live leads), provide information about services and offers, and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication, strong lead generation and follow-up skills, confident phone communication, ability to make 80+ calls daily, and basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools.
