Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer orders, maintaining accurate order data, coordinating with the China team for any changes or updates, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales teams, and overseas suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Order Handling
  • Collect purchase orders from customers
  • Verify machine specifications, quantity, and delivery terms
  • Enter order details in the system accurately
  • Coordination with China Team
  • Share complete order details with the China office
  • Update the China team on any changes (specification, quantity, payment terms, etc.)
  • Follow up for production status, delivery dates, and shipment schedules
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and order status reports
  • Maintain order files and tracking sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
