Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to handle customer interactions, manage leads, and assist with sales follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling phone conversations, and a professional approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
- Follow up on leads, maintain communication, and convert them into prospects.
- Explain company products, services, and offers to customers clearly.
- Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and feedback in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams for smooth lead management.
- Meet daily and monthly targets related to calls, conversions, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Required any bachelor degree or 12th Grade.
- Languages - Hindi & English (must)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (or local languages).
- Confidence in handling cold calls and engaging conversations.
- Strong listening skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales communication techniques.
Good to Have
- Regional Languages like Telugu, Kanada, Malayalam + Hindi & English.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM software or lead tracking tools.
- Background in marketing, sales, or client handling roles.
- Ability to draft follow-up messages or emails professionally.
