Sales Support Executive

· Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.

· Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients for feedback or clarification.

· Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

· Maintain and update the customer database, sales records, and contract files.

· Support in market research, client profiling, and competitor analysis.
