Software Sales & Support Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Support Executive to handle software sales and customer support, primarily for our Retail division. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage. A valid Oman driving license is mandatory, as the role involves visiting clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell retail software solutions to new and existing customers
• Provide software demonstrations and explain features to clients
• Handle software installation, basic training, and first-level support
• Visit retail clients for sales meetings, support, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the technical team for advanced support issues
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and update management on progress

Requirements

• Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid Oman driving license – Mandatory
• Experience in software sales or IT support (Retail software experience preferred)
• Demonstrate mid-level IT proficiency with the ability to understand, troubleshoot, and explain networking and client–server system concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of POS systems, retail software, or ERP is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Oman
