- Work closely with the Directors (2–3 members) to support in daily sales activities.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure prompt communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Support in business development initiatives and marketing campaigns when required.
