Key Accountabilities:
Tendering & Offer Preparation

Supervise the preparation of technical and commercial offers from early pursuit to contract handover.

Ensure all submissions are accurate, timely, and compliant with customer and company requirements.
Commercial & Technical Support
-
Assist sales managers during negotiations with customers on technical and commercial aspects.
-
Contribute to defining tendering strategies by recommending competitive solutions within defined guidelines.
-
Support risk review processes to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination
-
Coordinate with costing, finance, engineering, supply chain, and legal to secure aligned and competitive proposals.

Provide input and reporting on tendering performance, risks, and opportunities to management.
Market & Business Insights

Support the identification of new market opportunities with sales and business development teams.

Analyze offers/orders data to provide insights on competitiveness, pricing trends, and margin improvements.
Costing & Documentation
-
Oversee preparation of pricing, cost breakdowns (BOM), commercial terms, and required documentation.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting for all offers and awarded projects.
People Supervision & Development

Supervise and guide section staff to ensure high-quality output and continuous skills development.

Encourage teamwork, accountability, and process improvements within the section.
Qualifications & Education:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Years of Experience:
7–10 years of experience in sales support, tendering, or technical-commercial roles, preferably in the transformers, energy manufacturing industry.
Technical competencies:
-
Strong knowledge of tendering, sales support, and commercial risk assessment.

Good understanding of transformer/electrical products and industrial projects.
-
Proficiency in costing, pricing, documentation, and reporting.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
