Sales Support Specialist

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Sophia Home, one of the leading furniture stores in the UAE is looking for a full-time professional Sales Support Specialist with proven track record and at least 3–5 of year experience in sales support English and Arabic (both spoken & written).

Your responsibilities

Timely resolve customer complaints, report the issue to the concern depts.

Receive and process enquiries online & phone and provide exceptional support

Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships

Record and manage customer inquiry records on daily basis using CRM

Obtain and record customer satisfaction feedback via (phone, email message)

Organize meeting with designer and team visit to site, if required

Maintain up to date knowledge of the Sophia Home and its products

Follow company guidelines, vision, mission and values

Provide assistance and support to other members of the team as and when required

Work together with marketing manager, and keep close coordination with sale, delivery, supply chain and management and warehouse teams.

Additional related duties assigned by management

At least 2-4 years of proven experience in sales support or customer care with relevant qualification /degree.

Proactive with an ability to organize, multitask, work under pressure

A problem-solving mindset, and a team player who can also operate independently

Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools

Language skills: Excellent English and Arabic (spoken & written)
