Sales Support Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

On-site | 1-Year Contract with Potential for Full-Time

GT-Lite is seeking Sales Support Specialists to join our growing team. This is a 1-year contract position with the strong possibility of becoming a full-time hire based on performance. You’ll be assigned to specific retail and e-commerce accounts and play a key part in driving sales growth and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Account Partnership: Support specific accounts with tailored strategies and initiatives to maximize sales performance.
• Sales Strategy & Assortment: Research market trends and competitors, develop product assortment recommendations, and prepare strategies to support account growth.
• Pitch & Deal Support: Collaborate with sales managers to prepare presentations, materials, and insights that help close deals.
• Daily Sales Operations: Assist with day-to-day sales activities including e-commerce tasks, assisting retail customers, and coordination with internal teams.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our product development and Asia-based sourcing teams to bring products from idea to shelf.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales support, account management, or related experience (retail, consumer products, or e-commerce preferred).
• Strong analytical and research skills—able to translate market data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented work style.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience with e-commerce platforms, packaging design, or retail merchandising.
• Ambition to grow into a client-facing sales manager career path - we're looking for someone who sees this role as a launchpad.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
