Sales Support Specialist

In addition to repair capabilities, GMA also provides comprehensive Inventory Sales Solutions , supporting customers with both exchange and outright sales . This division helps airlines and MROs optimize supply chain efficiency through fast delivery, competitive pricing, and reliable component availability.

This is an office-based position located in Antalya, Türkiye , for a Sales Support Specialist . The successful candidate will assist the sales and inventory teams in daily operations, including preparing quotations, managing RFQs, maintaining customer databases, and supporting follow-up communications.

The role requires close coordination with both the sales managers and the inventory solutions team to ensure smooth order processing, timely responses, and accurate documentation. The Sales Support Specialist will play a key role in improving customer experience and supporting business growth.

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the aviation or logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration , Marketing, or related field
