Braun Northwest, Inc. (BNW) is now hiring for a Sales Support Team Lead in Chehalis, WA.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 40hrs per week with a start time between 6:00am and 7:00am. This position is overtime eligible. The compensation for this position is $24-$32/hr DOE/DOQ.

BNW’s 401(k)-retirement plan is available for all full-time employees after one year of service. Braun Northwest is looking for the right candidate to fill our open Sales Support Team Lead position. This position is responsible for overseeing the BNW Driver’s program to include coordinating drivers to deliver completed emergency response vehicles and applicable travel arrangements for driver and external customers. This position also leads a team of two that support the Sales Department.

This position:

  • Oversees the BNW Driver’s program - includes coordination of emergency vehicle deliveries either through utilizing our BNW drivers, transportation company, or via barge; pushes drivers’ expenses to finance for processing; and ensures drivers are DOT compliant.
  • Direct supervision of staff with overall management responsibility drivers. Including: leads Sales Support team, hiring new staff as needed; manage performance and assist with the development of current staff
  • Books travel arrangements for external customers, service staff and BNW drivers.

In order to be successful in this position, the candidate must have:

This position may require overtime and some Saturday work, along with maintaining a solid work attendance.

Required Education:

  • AA Degree in business or equivalent from an accredited college plus two years’ experience working in customer service or the travel industry. Two years’ working as a travel agent or administrative assistant may be considered as a substitute for AA Degree.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other closely related field (desired).

Position Requirements:

Strong organizational skills, planning and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels. Also coaching, negotiating and the ability to tactfully confront employees as needed to change work processes, manage performance or de-escalate conflicts. Continual formal and informal education required as dictated by growth in business needs. Understanding of company’s manufacturing functions as well as sales and sales support functions. An approachable rapport with all employees to learn from them and to effectively communicate with them.

Knowledge Requirements:

Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial or shop environment preferred..

Desireable Experience:

Three or more years of experience in a leadership role showing excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
