Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee our Telemarketing Executives. The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding the team to achieve sales targets, ensuring quality standards, providing coaching and support, and helping drive overall team performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supervise and guide a team of Telemarketing Executives.

* Monitor outbound calls for quality, script adherence, and professionalism.

* Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

* Provide regular coaching, feedback, and skill training.

* Track and report key KPIs like call volume, conversion rates, and engagement.

* Resolve escalated customer queries professionally.

* Maintain accurate sales records using CRM.

* Interact with the Branch Manager daily to update sales performance and work data.

* Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.

* Collaborate with management to improve campaign strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus

Work Location: In person

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
