BizScale is hiring an experienced Sales Team Lead (Closer) to join our growing team. We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong closing skills and leadership ability, with experience in digital marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage leads effectively, convert prospects into paying clients, and guide a team toward achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads professionally
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales opportunities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching where needed
- Build strong client relationships and maintain follow-ups
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales closing or team lead role
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns compulsory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership mindset with target-oriented approach
- Ability to work in evening/night shift
- Good reporting and CRM handling skills
