Sales Team Leader

Location: Industrial Area 6, Sharjah

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our growing team in the auto spare parts field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching where needed.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the sales department.

Requirements:

• Age preferably below 33 years.
• Open to all genders.
• Education is not mandatory if relevant experience is proven.
• Must have prior experience in auto spare parts.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,000 – 4,000 (depending on experience).
• Sponser Visa.
