Job Summary

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating, and guiding the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. The role involves supervising daily sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, developing sales strategies, and enhancing the performance of the team while upholding the company’s brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Train, guide, and support new and existing sales staff to improve performance.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, customer interactions, and showroom footfall.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales conversions and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and professional conduct of the sales team.
  • Prepare and review sales reports, analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring after-sales support and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, showroom creatives, and promotions.
  • Handle escalated customer queries/complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
