About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, train, and mentor our sales team while driving performance and closing deals. This role requires a strong leader who can balance coaching responsibilities with hands-on sales activities, ensuring both team and individual success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor a team while maintaining focus on converting leads into sales.
• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for each team member.
• Provide hands-on coaching in sales techniques, negotiation, and market insights.
• Support the team in closing deals by handling client objections and optimizing deal structures.
• Leverage existing client networks to generate leads and expand opportunities.
• Keep the team updated on market trends, pricing shifts, and competitive activities.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through professionalism and excellent service.
• Report sales performance metrics and updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales regulations.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in team leadership within sales.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.

Demonstrated success in closing sales across different industries.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
