We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a Pre-Sales / Lead Generation team. The ideal candidate should have strong people-management skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to mentor the team toward achieving daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Pre-Sales/Lead Generation executives.
  • Allocate leads, track daily performance, and ensure achievement of sales and lead-generation targets.
  • Monitor call quality, productivity, and adherence to process guidelines.
  • Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of daily/weekly/monthly team performance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for process improvements and campaign updates.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain high levels of team discipline, attendance, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive a positive work environment and high team engagement.
