The Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role ensures the team performs efficiently, maintains strong customer relationships, and aligns daily operations with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise and support a team of sales representatives in daily activities.
  • Set clear team goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to enhance performance.
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews and performance evaluations.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet organizational revenue goals.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management on sales strategies and forecasts.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients to maximize sales opportunities.

Operational Duties

  • Prepare sales reports and present findings to management.
  • Ensure team adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
