Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth and business expansion within our outdoor sales operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of sales representatives, implement strategic sales initiatives, and make a direct impact on our market presence across KSA.

As a Sales Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and motivate a team of outdoor sales representatives to exceed revenue targets and achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market demands and business objectives
  • Conduct daily field visits with team members, providing hands-on coaching and addressing challenges in real-time
  • Mentor new sales talent and provide ongoing professional development for current team members
  • Prepare comprehensive reports including monthly and weekly forecasts, daily work plans, and pipeline analysis
  • Monitor sales targets and track daily achievements to ensure consistent performance
  • Consolidate market intelligence and present actionable insights to upper management
  • Coordinate with technical support, operations, and administrative teams to resolve pending requests and ensure seamless customer service
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and cross-functional departments

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities

Technical Skills:

  • Strong command of sales techniques and negotiation strategies
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities

Language Requirements: Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal)
