Team Management

Provides the team with adequate training, coaching and mentoring in order to develop their conceptual selling skills, ensure development and proper career paths.

Organizes and staffs the team with adequate resources and talent in order to achieve the desired levels of Organizational Excellence.
Sales
-
Develops and leads the implementation of the customer’s business plan to achieve sales, share and in store fundamentals targets.

Develops strong account penetration to facilitate collaboration, achievement of desired business

Negotiates and manages customer trading terms (payment, logistics, pricing, funds) to achieve business targets.

Drive sales turnover, volume, and profitability
Customer Relationship
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key foodservice customers

Ensure high customer satisfaction and service levels.
Receivables
-
Oversees the collection of receivables to make sure they are done within the agreed payment terms.
Requirements
-
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar field
-
4-6 years’ experience in Horeca sales of at least 2 of them are in fresh products
-
At least 2 years in managerial role
-
Strong knowledge of foodservice channels and customer dynamics.

Proven people management and coaching skills.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
