Sales Team Leader

We are urgently hiring an experienced Sales Team Leader with strong Channel Partner and UAE Telecom industry experience. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets, manage channel partner relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Candidates with prior exposure to UAE telecom products and partner-driven sales models will be given the highest priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve assigned targets
• Drive sales through channel partners within the UAE telecom market
• Maintain and grow relationships with distributors and channel partners
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations

Requirements

• Mandatory: UAE Telecom Channel Partner sales experience
• Previous team leadership experience
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Candidates must be able to handle their own visa

Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (based on experience) + commission
